Cleaning
The tenant is responsible for the order and cleaning of their own apartment/room as well as the bathroom/WC and common areas in the apartment.
For tenants who use the outdoor kitchen, they are responsible for ensuring that the common outdoor kitchen is always tidied and cleaned after use.
All tenants are responsible for ensuring that all external common areas are tidy and cleaned after their own use.
Peace and Order
The tenant is obliged to respect other tenants' need for a quiet working environment when required.
To ensure a quiet environment for studying, the use of radios and music systems, etc., must not disturb other tenants.
Pets
It is not allowed to keep pets of any kind.
Visitors
Tenants may receive visitors, but visitors are obliged to follow the house rules applicable to the property. Each tenant is responsible for the behavior of their guests. The tenant will thus be financially responsible for any damage their guest may cause to the property. Overnight guests are not allowed.
Intoxicants and Weapons
It is not allowed to use or store any form of intoxicants/alcohol or similar on the property, and it is not allowed to appear visibly intoxicated. Smoking or using snuff is not allowed on the property. It is not allowed to use or store any form of weapons on the property.
Violation of House Rules
The landlord may, in case of repeated violations of the cleaning obligations, including external common areas and the outdoor kitchen, hire cleaning help. The cost will, in such cases, be borne by the responsible tenant(s).
The landlord may, in case of repeated violations of the house rules, demand the termination of the lease. The tenant will, in such a situation, be financially responsible for the agreed rental period and will not be refunded any paid rent.
